Four Seasons Community reached out LCC Landscapes for Ground Care 2012. The community was grossly under maintained from a previous landscape contractor and the landscape was in a state of decline and unhealthy. LCC Landscapes began removing and thinning out this landscape, and after a 3 year building facade renovation project, they have begun to redesign the landscape around the buildings, the clubhouse, and common areas of the community. It is now a healthy and beautifully kept landscape!
The Fresh Direct corporate center, contracted LCC Landscapes in 2017 to provide an interior and exterior planter installation and landscape design. This brings a whole ambiance of a warm and inviting look to the indoors of Fresh Direct, as customers come inside for their fresh grocery items. LCC Landscaping has been maintaining the Fresh Direct interior and exterior landscape design since.
The Fredrick Law Olstead Foundation hired LCC Landscapes to implement a landscape design at the Thomas Edison National Historical Park Welcome Center, that would be suitable and attractive for the visitor space.
Ahead of the new construction of a new dormitory building, LCC Landscapers were contacted by the William Patterson College to replant forest of native trees. The importance of this reforestation was to protect the habitat area along with the species of animals.
NJCU campus building needed a landscape design and planting surrounding the new renovation and addition to the building. They hired to LCC Landscapes to design and plant the campus, which took several phases between 2016 and 2017.
With the new construction of Watersedge Townhomes being built, LCC Landscapes was chosen for the landscape design and planting for the community. The community started construction in 2016, and as the construction still progresses, LCC Landscapes is right there with them designing the hardscapes and landscapes to make this community very attractive.
Due to the state of aging and neglect to the landscape at the Convent Station Village, which left the community in grave despair, LCC Landscapes was contracted from this community to implement reconstruction and landscape design that would take up to 5 years to implement and complete. They began by thinning and removing overgrowth and landscape elements that consisted of; a major pruning project, land grading reconstruction due to issues of the landscapes infrastructure, reconstructed the turf grass areas, added organic compost to fertilize planting beds, and organically restructured the soil subbase ahead of new plantings. Due to the pride they take in their projects, they took the extra mile with the reconstruction of the sites fixtures too. They removed the existing monument signs and then constructed new monument signs using the latest hardscape materials available, to last for years to come.
LCC Landscapers designed and installed the landscapes at this home in 2001, and during the time of original renovation in 2012, the home was sold and renovated again. The landscape was redesigned by LCC Landscapes, to meet the needs of the new owners.
LCC LANDSCAPES worked closely with world renown landscape architecture firm Zion Breen & Richardson Associates. Together with Donald Richardson, firm head of Zion Breen & Richardson, LCC Landscape worked to construct sculpture gardens, a woodland meadow, and a Buddhist prayer flag garden for the Polaner Estate. The team at LCC Landscapes have special relationship with Donald Richardson, as he has worked with 3 generations of the Caggiano Family, dating back to founders Lou Caggiano’s grandfather since the late 1960s.
After LCC Landscapes provided landscape design and ground care services for one of their clients in North Caldwell for many years, the family was so pleased that they asked them to design and install a landscape plan on their new vacation home in Sea Girt, NJ.
